Hear from Miss K | Manchester, NH Boudoir
For those of you who tell yourself you don’t deserve to do a Boudoir Shoot. Or for those of you who feel like you don’t fit a certain mold to come in and see us. This one is for you.
Q: What made you decide to take the leap of faith and do a boudoir session?
A: I really wanted to surprise my husband because I knew he would never expect me to do anything like this.
Q: Did you have any obstacles or fears about doing a boudoir session, once you finally took the leap?
A: Omg did I! I was really worried about being a larger girl that I wasn’t going to look right in any of these pictures. I just knew there wasn’t going to be any that I would like or I would feel they weren’t good enough to give to my husband.
Q: How did you feel before your session?
A: I was super nervous but I felt prepared because of all the information Kelli provided me prior to the session.
Q: How did the session make you feel?
A: I could not believe I could look so sexy! Truly, this did something to me and I looked at myself differently that next morning.
Q: Was the session different from what you expected it to be?
A: Yes 100%. I thought I would be super uncomfortable the whole time. Kelli made me feel so at ease. She was wonderful!
Q: What would your advice for others be?
A: Just do it! It was awesome! I was worried that there wouldn’t be anything for me to wear, that I was too fat, I wasn’t sexy, I am a mom - what business do I have doing this!? I am just so glad I did this! I feel differently about myself today!
Q: Why would you suggest someone else book a session with KMP?
A: I found this so empowering. I appreciate my body more and the gift keeps on giving because my husband loved the shots so much, and he was reminding me how beautiful I was all last night and this morning.
Q: What would you say to people who say they can’t do a boudoir session because they are too shy, nervous, etc.?
A: It is scary to put yourself out there! But you would never believe the amount of love you will feel for yourself looking at yourself in these beautiful images! It is empowering!
