Did you have any obstacles or fears about doing a boudoir session?
“Yes...I had a bad body image and thought I was too old and out of shape. I thought that boudoir was only for young, skinny girls with big hair and too much makeup.”
How did the session make you feel?
“Amazing, confident, beautiful. I’m so glad I pushed my fear down and did it!”
Did anything surprise you?
“The whole experience did. Especially the picture reveal. From hair and makeup, I was surprised that I still looked like me - only improved. I was surprised I felt comfortable trying on outfits. Then, Susan started shooting. So glad I did this! It was so fun.”
What would your advice to others be?
“Get over your fear and just do it. I don’t have anyone to give the pictures to. It was my gift to me and 100000% worth it! The whole team makes you feel so comfortable. You have nothing to be afraid of!”
Did anything change about the way you see your own beauty / sexuality / sensuality / body confidence as a result of this session?
“Everything changed. Thank you for helping me celebrate 50 in a great way!”
What would you say to people who say they can’t do a boudoir session because they are too shy, nervous, etc?
“Do it despite your fear. The whole team makes you feel so comfortable.”
